As a Java player, I have to admit that I have a certain favoritism to the Java's server, but it's true that the Bedrock server has more players and the wait times are shorter than in Java.
The first one could be one of the fastest, congrats! I think the second one doesn't count since the only player that was there leaves right at the start of the game. Furthermore, I've seen and played shorter games than 55 seconds.

The problem with creating a matchmaking system is the lack of players. Talking about the KB, I don't think it's the server's fault but the players who live far from the host.
I agree with you, in Bedrock this problem is more important than in Java.
But I think they should make the dragclick ban weaker in Java and let it just in a double click ban.
