The prices are just good in my opinion, you even have different gamemodes to have prices changed. So if you think that the prices in normal mode are overpriced or cheap then maybe try voting for Overpowered or Hardcore

The suggestion is good but i would do those things if you are challenging a friend, like if you have a rank you can customize the game with those health options.

It's a good idea but i would not go further than 3v3 because a group of 8 or more people fighting eachother is just very messy.

Minerware is not really a solo game, i understand that this can be very irritating but iam not sure if something can be done because of that.

I have voted no, in my opinion if i see someone his health bar i tend to keep fighting and this leads me to my death most of the time.

You must report them at first, they don't know when someone is hacking if no one is reported.

There is no real plugin for it, if they had a good plugin to disable fly in the games it would be much harder to detect hackers etc.
