Not particularly. The only thing that might seem hard is buying a lot of gravel; however, you should have already developed a stable source of income by the time you got that quest. Feathers are the easiest part: you can just kill chickens on your own, as I did, or make the auto farm.

I have recently made 2 mob farms near each other so that each of them load when I get near them; this, in turn, caused a lot of lags on my skyblock. Although it does affect my fps while I'm playing through my PC, it is tolerable. But that couldn't be said about my phone, which isn't that strong...
