What is the server crashes?

So in the darklands, each time i play it just doesn't let me heal. potions are fine, but its like something is blocking my regen

So I flew up the broken stairs by the earth golems, and I found this nym merchant who sells "leech armor"

Water essence there is a room of axolandls in the library, spirit find where groups of high level enemies spawn (level 65 golems/flame guardians, frost tortoise library room, axolandl library room) and just whirlpool them. Make sure to upgrade enough to one shot them

A slot in my enderchest has 44 frost essence, but if i try to do anything with it, it just snaps back
