Maybe adding achievements and a small shop system could be cool. Like every kill you do, you get a coin, and with 5 coins you can get a triple shot or something like that.

Instead of different ranks and stuff making it messy. You can do a different color representing them but not changing where they are on the list. Like a stone member would have a gray name while on the same list, a diamond rank would have a light blue name. Its a really easy thing to do on...
