I personally love the cooldown, but people should understand that because you know how to 1.9 pvp, and they don't, then you don't hack. If this doesn't stop them they should probably take it away.

That actually IS what it originally was, but I realized the most diamonds you could have is 2 stacks. DO you believe to make it less OP, should I decrease the time of Haste or should I add slowness, to make it balanced out.

I believe that in EggWars, you should be able to buy 5 different kinds of Haste Potions, because of 2 reasons! 1, it decreases mining time, and 2, it decreases attack interval. Haste 1: Bought with 4 Diamonds /give command: /give @p potion 1 8195 { CustomPotionEffects: [ {...

While I kind of agree (I personally love the new 1.9 combat, but that might be biased because I'm a strategy nerd), we would need to reduce the damage of axes to make this anywhere close to being balanced.
