Yes and no. No because they dont drop gold bars from fall damage but they drop nuggets. Yes but you have to kill them manually and it's a very rare drop try using a fortune sword to get it

You should move your generators to face flat down so you can see how many you have and it will be alot less cramped

A nether quest can only be completed in the nether because of the location. Let's say we have to get glowstone for the glowstone quest we can get glowstone from witches in the overworld but it wont count because of the location of the quest which is in the nether It's the same with overworld...
