Or the pros will just tell them "Don't do anything and watch us win", and I think that is one of the reasons why they actually do not know what they are doing.

Buff giants and nerf wither skeletons. Giants really need more damage and health while wither skeletons need to deal less damage. Basically every game is just wither skeletons.

Quake 4 stuns the mob for longer time and deals more damage. However it would only be for late game. Level 3 is sufficient for early-mid game.

I don't think the wither destroys tower randomly, since it always destroy the leech and turrets. I think it actually destroys the tower that deals more damage. I think the lighting should strike the towers with almost equal value on both sides, so both teams lose the equal amount of value.
