I dont think that the Owners/Admins would just grant you your own personal server. And I dont think you need permission to record. I'm not sure if that is considered advertising. @Muffin

no it's fine if you record, just be sure not to advertise your youtube / twitch and you will emcounter zero problems :D

We will not grant you your own server to play UHC by yourselves (friends and such) just play on the public UHC and deal with it. Yes you can record whenever you want on this server.
