So most of us know what sleep paralysis is, it will probably be the most horrifying thing you will ever experience in your life...
But have you experienced it before? If you have please tell us what it was like and which entities you saw.

It's scary if you don't know what it is. You start panicking in your half-sleeping state and a few seconds feels like an hour.
If you know what it is and what your experiencing, even if you never had it before, you probably won't see anything.

It's literally like being high, not being able to move, and panicking for no reason.
I usually see spiders/ants all over my walls, even-though I'm really not scared of them.

I've had sleep paralysis many times...to the point where I don't start panicking during it. I'm just aware that I'm in sleep paralysis. I'm find it really interesting and weird.
