I know there's enchant tables in all maps except for Ruins and Jurassic. Do those have hidden enchant tables too?

I'm pretty sure that there aren't enchantment tables on these maps.

How do you get EXP to enchant in the first place? Killing mobs and?

as well as Ruins and Seasons :p
Let's be honest though, finding enchantment bottles is much quicker than killing animals :3

You can also kill enemy wolves or your own if you're desperate for extra XP. Animals should be killed only to get the extra level when you're close to getting it.

You can. I've done that before by accidentally hitting my own dogs with my sword. Friendly fire is possible.

Unless you use TNT or lava. Friendly fire incidents have happened many times.

Convenient that you know so much about Survival Games, @Thefty. On what place are you on the leaderboard? :)

There isn't. It only gives EXP bottles and lapis lazuli.

It also spoofs up the enchants you get. A level 1 enchant shows up on the 3rd slot and costs 3 levels.
