Kinda a half-baked idea I had in the middle of class. Similar to earning points, you can earn experience. Exploring, winning games, completing Skyblock challenges, completing parkour, and buying kits would all give you experience. "Why do you need experience?" I hear you asking, because you're all voices in my head that slowly drive me insane. Experience points would allow you to level up, and reaching certain levels would give you a certain prestige that can't be bought, like a rank. For instance, a level 14 Cubecrafter would be a great person for a level 2 Cubecrafter to ask about the server, games, etc. It would give the player something to work towards, as well as some kind of acknowledgement for being a dedicated or skilled player of Cubecraft. (It would also let the staff gauge how active certain members are.) "I guess that sounds neat, but so what? It's just a number!" you say, because apparently you like interrupting me as I write posts. (You're really rude. Why are we friends?) Every time you level up, you would receive a mystery box. A mystery box can contain anything from points to pets to experience. Every time you reach a special level (level 10, level 25, etc.) you'd receive several mystery boxes to open, rewarding you for your dedication and awesomeness as a Cubecrafter. Stone ranks would have a very small chance of receiving a free Iron rank from their mystery boxes. That's all I've got, let me know what you think.
