First you need to know that you are raging, here are some symptoms: Swearing Getting stressed Getting angry Being depressed Having a red face This is very easy to do and most likely make you stop raging, here it is: When you have found out that you are raging all you need to do is go away from the game, get a drink, go outside or do something that won't make you think of the game. Once you think you have stopped raging and have calmed down you can go back to the game stress free.
