My Friend's Optifine Cape.

    So, I recently bought my friend an Optifine cape for my friend. It was fine untill yesterday, when It disapeared. I had a look at the website, and when I log in it says this:
    Capes
    No capes activated.
    Donations
    Received Provider Donation ID Amount Status Cape ID Username
    26.08.2015 10:58 2CO 105677433714 10 Activated F12B0A44 Stulix
    It does not give me the option to re-activate his cape, any idea why? I think the reason being is because a person recently bought him, then switched user to a different person. And now when you log in as his account on the cape part of the website, it says it was moved. So you have to login via the Login part of the site. When i do that, it doesn't give me the option to re-activate the cape.
    If anyone could help me that would be great, I really don't know how to re-activate it :(
