Hi, two weeks ago I installed a video recording program to record hackers, but always when I see a player hacking I tell him or her that I'm recording and now that he or she knows that I'm recording he or she changes his or her game in order to avoid the ban; so the question is, can hackers get rid of being banned if they change their name before they get reported on the forums?
If that leads to a positive answer, is there any way that issue could be fixed?

    Have a great day! :D

I think it won't matter. If it does then they easy can check a name change with an IGN checker.

Also don't tell them that you are recording.

Changing their name won't do anything. We can look up past and present names to ban them if they do change it.
