No, the fraud checks are extremely sensitive. They don't like me either. I'm not sure there's any point in emailing the support, it would be much better if they actually did something about it. @MarcoSlater

do not worry I have nothing apparently too and that ruling does not resolve
I think it goes on debit/credit card history.
