Well, I have a cactus farm in SkyBlock and I have seen on issue. When a cactus grows a new block, it immediately drops in the water and goes to the hopper straight into my chest. But, sometimes when the cactus becomes an item it sits on the top of the mother cactus for a second and disappears in thin air. Is there any advice to stop this from happening, to get 100% efficiency?

There's not much you can do about this. A block dropped from a broken item is given a completely random velocity, so it can go north, south, east, west, up, or any combination of these. As far as I know, the best advice to maximize your cactus farm's efficiency is to just make it bigger.

Also, to give it more space to move, use an OPEN fence gate to break the cactus

Sure :p As for update some idiot sold me dam sandblocks for 1 diamond. Now I have 5 levels of 11x11 cacti! Aww yiss. Anyway Yeah I earn 1-3 stacks a cactus per hour which means 60-190 points a hour. I am scared to build higher as I think the cactus won't load so high. I can still see the top easily but I dont really know MC science so everything i can see and loads on my screen grows further? So if i have my range on 10 chunks cactus will grown all the way to that 10 chunks height? And 1 chunk where 256 blocks high on the wiki, so i can build basically 20+ levels of cacti? And where exactly does the chunk start in skyblock, all the way where you die when you jump off? So many questions. /essay over
