    Hey Applicants!

Do you want to help the community and server that you have been playing on? Do you enjoy being a part of change and ensuring people have an enjoyable time? If this sounds like you, then you have come to the right place!

Being a helper comes with a lot of responsibility, but it also can be quite enjoyable. If this interests you, continue reading to find out more! If you have any additional questions, feel free to go HERE for assistance!

Now, as you may be wondering, how does the application process work? To put it simply, we have a trained set of staff that are designated as the recruitment team! They will be going through your applications as efficiently as possible and update the prefixes to this accordingly! Your application will receive a response depending on if you are unsuccessful, or hit the interview stage, and then if you are successful. If you want to learn more about the application process, feel free to go HERE.

Note: Please do not leave your email, phone number or any other personal information as it is not necessary. You may be asked for some information if you progress, but if that is the case it will be in response to your application and nowhere else.

What do we look for in an applicant?
    Requirements:
    • Be at least 14 years old.
    • Be able to speak/understand English (Verbally and Typing).
    • Be active on the network.
    • Have Discord and Forums account.
    • Have a working microphone.
    • Be familiar with all of the rules.
    • Have the ability to record.
    • Not actively punished.
    Helper Values:
Honesty: This is a must have quality. If you lie, then you are representing something or someone that isn't you and in turn someone we do not want representing the server!

Community driven: Being active on the forums and Discord is highly advised and will help your application! We want people involved in the community and excited about the server!
    • Ways to be active:
      • Suggesting new content ideas and improvements to our games.
      • Being active on social media, like supporting our Twitter account for example.
      • Being social in general in Discord text channels, or voice channels!
Maturity: We will also be looking through your forums posts and conversations on the forums’ profiles to help us determine your personality attributes.

    Multilingual:
This is not a requirement to be an applicant or even being considered. That being said, it is something we are looking for in applicants, if you can speak other languages (like Dutch, Spanish, French, Arabic, or Swedish) please be sure to include it in the proper section on your application!

    Reports:
Reporting has been and will always be about quality over quantity. This is why there is no report minimum to apply, but having used the /report command or even reporting on the reports website will boost your application!
    • Why we look at your reports:
      • If your reports were denied due to Sentinel catching the cheater first this will not be a bad thing! It means you were correct that they were cheating and the report may not have been handled as fast.
      • It will help us see if you show a broad understanding of our rules through the reports that you do.
      • It will show us your excitement to help the server and your enjoyment of it.
Role-model: As a staff member, you will be someone that users in the community look up to! As this is the case, we are looking for people that are empathetic, kind, honest, patient and understanding.

    Commitment:
We want people that are committed to helping the server grow and ensure it is a safe place for players to be on. This means we want you to be committed to the server and the community as a whole.

What does a helper do and how long will it be open for?

    Applications will be opened indefinitely.

As a helper, you will be doing quite a few tasks! A brief summary of these can be found HERE.

If I have been banned or muted before will I still have a chance?
As long as you are not currently punished, you will have a chance! That being said, the level of chance that you receive will depend on how you represent yourself when explaining this previous punishment on your application!

What does the application look like?
Since applications are on the forums, how you format them is completely up to you. The only requirement is that you answer all of the questions completely and honestly! Applications that are missing questions or do not have complete responses will be asked for more detail and could become Unsuccessful if not changed.
