    i have sent 2 emails to the sales@cubecraft.net account asking about my rank.
    it has been 6 days since i purchased said rank.
    i don't have that rank.
    i've posted forum post after forum post asking about this issue and to no avail. i have contacted support multiple times, they do not reply.
    so that means i have to go here to get support.

    don't tell me to send a message to them, i have already done that twice.

    CubeCraft always to comment on your mails ASAP. They get many mails to anwser so. if they didn't anwsered in about 1 or 2 weeks come back to the forums and contact an online staff member about your problem. (Or you can do it now also)
