Help! my screen is flashy!

    Hey, When i play minecraft (even at single player) my screen is really flashy. Its soooo anoying. Maybe one of you knows what to do? Haaaaaaaaalp im freaking out. And its not only on creative, its also on everything else. It flashes alot, on the picture you can just see the effect of 1 flash.

    Have you tried pressing F3 and A whenever this happens?

    What GPU do you have? I had an issue similar to this and I was able to fix it by downgrading my driver.

    Get Optifine.... SOLVES EVERYTHING
