Cubecraft is getting big. The 3 most used languages are: Spanish, Dutch and English. Maybe we could make a spanish or dutch server. So you cant come in a mixed team or people that are using bad language against you in a other lagnuage. The staff just could be sorted out from that country. I would very like it if i can get on a dutch good skywars server. And not using google translate that pisses me off when they get wrong translates.(Buying a rank will last on all the 3 the servers)

Just ignore that kind of poeple. Besides, i don't really care if someone is swearing to me in english/dutch. If if it was spanish, cause i ignore it, and a continue playing on this wonderful server :)

Problem is it's hard to find good quality staff. The staff we have at the moment are mainly comfortable in the English speaking community, with only a few that can speak Dutch or Spanish. To get good staff for the other servers, we would need to be able to communicate with them, we will need to be able to pick them out. It's hard enough getting staff when we understand what they're saying and see them on a daily basis, to get staff specifically for Dutch and Spanish server would be too hard.

    In conclusion, I say no

Ask them to speak English. They are playing on an English server, so they should know how to speak English.
Besides, everybody understands words like 'team', 'yes', or 'no'.
The best thing you can do about bad language is either ignore it, or warn/report them.

Also, like Aimee said, most of the staff is English, so you would have almost no staff on the Dutch/Spanish servers...

Staff applications do not exist on this server because there would be multiple people making them that have just joined the server and nobody wants to sort through hundreds of applications when only one is worthy of being promoted.

It would be too much to expect the small amount of currently Spanish or Dutch staff to go through. Also, people can easily lie in applications. And, we need to be able to deal with complaints about staff and we need to know the staff and see them generally playing and stuff before we see them as suitable.

It's kind of awkward, and possibly racist to some people, to segregate the different countries. Although popular servers (mineplex) has two servers, for US and for EU, they did it because they can. I don't think that we have a lot of worthy Spanish and Dutch people, who are fluent in English and their language to be put forward. And Spanidh and Dutch people are fine as it seems. @Apolo Ptolomeo lives in Mexico and he's fine. That is further away from UK -> Netherlands than UK -> Mexico.

In conclusion, I would say getting two more servers would be a waste of money, and could lead to more bugs and more stress that our owners are already having. :)

    Here is my opinion:
The good thing about the server is that you can learn many things from people that have diferent cultures and speak other languages, personally i already know a few words in Dutch/German/French/Portuguese, and i could not have achieved that if the server was divided by regions. Dividing the server now would make me lose a lot of friends since many of them live in different regions; and you might say, "then why dont you join to the other server where your friends are", well, that becos i also have lots of friends from my region; i couldn't choose whit who am i gonna play whit.

So i desagree whit this idea of yours, besides, the server is owned by handsome people that speaks english, if people is gonna play here then they should learn a little bit of english, is not that hard.

Also thanks Younees for taggin' me here .

I do not think this is needed. Although I know people who speak Dutch, Spanish and English and other languages (including me, hehe) fluently, it'll be like setting up a whole new subnetwork, which will take a lot of money, time and effort from the owners and other staff members. They are already busy with current bugs, updates and other stuff. For example, if you'd have three servers now, the owners would be so busy with that there couldn't be a Superhero Week or an updated Vanity menu.
Although I like the thought behind the idea, this would just not be worthy of the effort. Sorry.

As said before, staff is hard to pick out of 20,000 players. Staff applications would be spammed, searching for staff would be hard.
