So, @Snap said this on another thread:
Someone asked: "What about people that get unbanned for just saying they're sorry and won't hack again. Will they also only be banned for 30 days the next time?"
Snap's Response: Yes, though if we were to unban somebody who was apologetic, only to find them hacking only two days later, we could reinstate the original ban so that they are permanently banned.

Does Cubecraft unban people who just say sorry in their appeal?
Because if so, I find that extremely unfair.

Yes because some people are actually sorry and do really stop hacking but the strike is still on them if they say they are sorry while if they weren't hacking the strike is removed

He also said if the first offense was shown false and the second one was true, both become true

That's not what I care about. They broke the rules, they should do the time. That's ridiculous.
They should be smart enough to not hack. It's common sense to not manipulate your client to give you a huge advantage. I totally disagree with this.

I highly doubt that they simply "unban you for saying sorry".
I'm sure you need some kind of legitimate reason to aid your Appeal

As mentioned: players need a valid reason to deserve an unban.
It's not that we throw with unbans :)
