if i want to build a map for bedrock edition would i build it for java and then submit it? i want my map to be played on bedrock but i want to build it on java, can i do that?

i'm new here and i'm getting the hint that there maybe used to be a map submissions forum but they've been moved to here. if i want to submit a map, do i just leave it here with something like [map submission] in the title? thanks.
