Is there any punishments related to global chat? I was banned several times, and ever since then I feel like nobody can see my messages, either they couldn't care less about what I say or they don't see my messages at all

I think it would be cool if we had the ability to make our own private skywars or eggwars matches not just team up with a small party in limited game modes. it can be useful for streamers too when they play against their viewers
