Wouldn't it make sense that, if the ban is in-fact a valid ban, then they aren't allowed to be unbanned? So, they can appeal, if the offender thinks it's invalid, but within the appeal, the staff opinion is that it was valid, then they just have to wait out the month ban.

Changing your IP Address shouldn't help this situation, as it's connection based. Unless your connection is running bad due to extreme traffic through your IP. I'd say it's worth a shot, if you are able to do so.

You cannot really change where your host is located. It's in-fact he host for this server. That'd be up to the Owner. If your ping is showing high on these Speed Tests, then I'd recommend restarting your router/modem. (Turning it off and leaving it off for 30 seconds, then turning it back on)...

Problem with hackers is that they cannot really be stopped. Clients are being updated on the regular, and the anti-cheats are just always going to remain behind. I believe the staff team on here try their best to compete with the hackers and to ban them off the server. They will always return...

I'd agree with what was stated above about it being a possible 10 Vs 10 mini-game. That'd be more enjoyable, though depending on map sizes it may have to differ. I like the idea of this though, I am a HUGE fan of custom coded mobs and basically anything custom coded. I'd love to run a beta test...
