With the new forums update, if a poll is included with a post, it is located in a separate section above the thread. I feel like keeping it included with the thread text would make it a little less confusing?

Here is my suggestion: Create a leaderboard in the main lobby, showing the most Wins/Kills in each of the minigames for that day. Underneath, the Wins/Kills that you got in each of the games that day. It will reset at 2400 UTC.
