    Do not apply again if you have sent an application less than a month ago. You are greatly reducing your chances. Also, you need 50 forums messages at least.

    You don't have enough forums messages to get accepted. You need a minimum of 50 which is still not really good enough. Somewhere in the range of 200 messages is good but you will get declined with 16.

    Good Luck, but, I am sorry, you're pretty guaranteed to be declined due the fact of you only have 16 posts, while to have higher chances you need at least 50 + you aren't known in the community. Sorry to say it.

    To apply in Helper you need at least 50 messages.
