An advice would be to help out players on the forums.
You want staff to notice you for your work and effort and not because you're just waiting for something without doing anything.

I have just applied for helper but i dont know were there feed back will come back to can some one help me out

If you don't have a reply during 1 month, most likely your application has been denied. Currently there is no feedback if you were denied.

If you read here: https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/applying-for-helper-open.113818/ You will find that @Efcluke94 will message you telling that you have been accepted within a month, if you have been accepted. If you do not receive a response after a month, that most likely means you have been denied, but you can re-apply, but try to find out what you missed and what you can improve on :)
