Add obtainable ranks.

Simple. Obtainable ranks like:
Skywars newbie.
Cubecraft Anti-Flag.
Eggwars Baddest Egg.
Lucky Islands Lucky One.
Like that. I would like this idea.

I mean that it would be a good idea to do it. If they don't want to do it for X reasons, well, at least i posted my idea. I agree with you that it would be nice.

Personally I'm against this. Chat can get messy right now, more ranks won't help.

chat is still a little messy... i don't think Cubecraft needs "obtainable ranks". Two things:
A: Cubecraft has the game leaderboards, and
B: You can obtain a rank through store.cubecraft.net

+1 . We had this on the hive and it made me want to play the game more. I was “defender” rank , which i got through playing a lot.

I mean getting some sort of special prefix wouldn’t be that bad. Adding a reward for players to play games is not to bad. I agree to some extent.

These ranks could have some little perks, but a bit better than bought ranks, because the bought ones are: Buy ---> Paw! Everything!
These would be like: Skywars God: Be the player to kill most players.
This would add a funny competition between players to see who gets the rank.

I do think it's a cool and creative idea but I don't see making the perks better than the ones bought ranks have as realistic or agreeable. Especially when it has been suggested many times that more perks should be added to make ranks worth buying, namely Emerald and Obsidian.

How could you get the rank?

And the chat and tab menu would be chaos.
And I think there is just no need for obtainable ranks, if you want a rank, just buy one!

How to make chat even messier after they made it neater 101. I'm against this because it would make chat messier, in my opinion. I don't need to be playing or sitting in a lobby and randomly seeing ":rank: 360noscopemlghaxor Name: message in chat".

This is why I don't agree.

You would get the rank doing objectives, like:
-Be the Blockwars player to get more flags.
-Be the Eggwars player to destroy more eggs.
-Be the Skywars player who teleported most times.

You could make it with patterns of colors, like:
1 = one color 2 = another color
-1-2-2-2-2-1
-2-1-1-2-2-1-2-2-1
-2-2-2-1-1-1
Each number would be for each letter.
And add Names that change a bit, like:
-Changing from Bold to normal.
-Changing from Underline to Bold to Normal to Bold to Normal to Underline (Uff XD)

Finally, it's just an idea. We don't even know if they will implement it.
AND these ranks are for the actual games you got the title.

The actual ranks have good perks (I don't know, can an Obsidian or an Emerald say, please?).
It is harder to get a rank for doing an objective.
The funny thing is to maintain it.
AND these ranks would only give perks for the actual game you got the perk.

I don't think it's a good idea to add prefixes like these, however we could add a new stat to the hologram stats saying something like "Rank: SkyWars Newbie" and have certain requirements for 'cooler' ranks.. This wouldn't really do anything other then giving players the right to brag I guess :p

Add obtainable ranks.
