Background info
Hello my name is Svenyboy17. I have been playing on Cubecraft for about a year now and usually only play (Solo)Skywars. I am 23 years old and a streamer. I play with my viewers a lot.

Introduction
During my time here on Cubecraft I have encountered lots of different types of players with different types of behavior in-game. By this I mean hackers, spammers, griefers, bad manners and Teamers.

This last option is a real problem in the skywars minigame.
As I have encountered a lot of teaming players in Solo Skywars a pattern started to develop on my half.
First I try to convince them to stop teaming, then I warn them again, I record them and then ban them if they do not act upon my request, but there is a problem with this method that Cubecraft is using to punish this type of players.

The problem:
Sometimes the players are not even aware that they aren't allowed to team, even when there is a red message at the beginning of each game, because it is not their language or they do not notice it.
When I ban these players I get a lot of reactions on the evidence videos telling me that they saw streamers teaming, and that they thought they could as well. Now they have to sit out for the duration of the ban (which is 24h). and are angry.

The problem with this method is that it takes me roughly 5-10 minutes to ban 2 teamers. I have to clip the part out of my stream, upload it to Youtube and create a report. Sometimes i encounter as much as 5 teams per night (streamsession) which means that I need to spend roughly 25 minutes banning people to essentially "learn" them a lesson that teaming is not fair in a solo game. And the Teamers are punished for it for 24h. Now this sounds like a good idea, but it really discourage me to report people or act upon it.

The suggestion
I have read and understand on the forums that there exists an option to vote-kick players out of your team in tower defense when the whole team agrees upon it.
Isn't it an idea to implement this kind of system into solo Skywars or other minigames, where you can just rock the vote people out of the game when the majority of the players vote in favor?

This way you can vote kick teamers for the reason: Teaming. If players feel they are teaming and want to get rid of them, they can vote. If players notice it is a false vote, they can just abstain (or vote no).
Of course a certain amount of people still would need to be alive or time threshold that voting is allowed. Else people just can vote themselves to victory.. Players who voted yes on a vote-kick that has not been able to succeed will get a certain penalty based on the fact that it must have been a false vote.

Implementing such a system will deal with the problem of having to deal with teamers in your mini game at the first place (2vs1 is more challenging than just a regular 1 v.s 1.), and the long and encouraging method of reporting them and moderators needed to watch videos about teamers and banning them.

This could be an option to be implemented with the Cubecraft rank system.
I hope people can help me developing this idea, to make mini games a little more anti-asshole.

Please let me know in the comments what you think, I will try to respond regularly.

EDIT 1: I see that a lot of you are worried about it being abused by players to kick innocent and good players. Isn't there a smart way to find so that players will not abuse the vote kick command?

I am maybe thinking about a "cooldown" on how many times a player can vote for a kick. I have noticed that round about in 10% of the games I encounter a team. So say if you would build a system that would allow you to accumulate "vote points" according to the amount of games that you would play. Say you get one vote for every 5 games that you complete of that minigame and only can store 2 vote points at once. (?)
This would be so that players can not overuse their vote and just kick "the best" or "a random" each game, just only when it matters?

EDIT 2 :
A percentage based threshold to kick a player, say a 75-80%% - favor is needed for a player to be kicked, and votes from party members of the targeted player are less influential. Since their vote will be subjective. aka. friends or what ever. (and will always be: NO)
You could also apply the same when somebody casts a vote to kick a certain player. Party members of the player that starts the vote (will vote YES) have less influence than other players in the game.

It's just an idea, let me know what you think!

No, I don't know Why adding a vote kick. Because players can make abuse of it and can ruin the game (also players make abuse from it in tower defence)

You can just take your time to report them. Because to vote kick them, they can just team again, and again, and again etc.

Also If there are good players and players hate them because They're better than they are, they can just vote kick them and would be unfair.

So I say a No.
Sorry

Thanks for all the great and constructive feedback, although I'd love to see such a system I see that a lot of you are worried about it being abused by players to kick innocent and good players. Isn't there a smart way to find so that players will not abuse the vote kick command?

This is just a brainstorm, great things arrent created by just one person, so maybe we can build something up in the comments.

Disclaimer: @Fool I appreciate that you took the time to read my post, but this is not about me and my viewers. It was just a short background intro that I gave.
I am definitely not planning on breaking the rules myself and create a "streamteam" just to beat up other "teams" in solo skywars. That would make it worse. if that is what you are implying. I can handle most teamers, but it is just plain unfair against solo players. And ruins the overall experience for all..

It would be very hard to abuse when you need an entire server saying, yes one no could stop it all. The only part I don't like about this is the penalty for a false vote what if one person said no because he didn't want to kick someone even though their breaking the rules wouldn't that be unfair to penalize those who said yes ( I hope I got that right sorry if I misunderstood)

Oh yea and this may not work with teamers as you have to get the all the people in the game to vote out one person then the other teamed could just say no, however that's when a penalty might come in where it's all yea vs no

It will most likely be very biased. Many people play with friends, so if their friend hacks or teams they won't kick him, while you can also vote to kick everyone else in the game if you are like 6 friends playing together.

@Jollier123 Thanks for your feedback! Yes the Penalty thing was just a suggestion and could be dropped.

Also It might be able to have a percentage based threshold to kick a player, say a 75-80%% - favor is needed for a player to be kicked, and votes from party members of the targeted player are less influential. Since their vote will be subjective. aka. friends or what ever. (and will always be: NO)

And balance it out like that.

It can be abused by having a big party, so if everyone in the party vote to kick someone he will get kicked just because that group of friends felt like it.
Also its not that hard to disband a party so their votes make a difference.

Even though teamers aren't that difficult to take on. And I definitely understand that players some aren't that skilled.
I'm against this idea. Simply because I would not trust such power to this community.
Think about it, you're recking the heck out of that game. Best gear, enough gapples. But then, many players decide to vote kick you! And you're gone. Poof, lost.

Besides how will it work with only 3 people in 1 game? You against a Team of 2.
I doubt people could vote kick that since the majority wouldn't agree.
The majority could even vote kick you out of that game!
People will simply come up with excuses just to get you out of that game through vote kick.
And not to mention that Skywars is pretty fast paced game. Before you know it you'll be left with a Team of two.
So sorry but -1.

I do agree with the fact that Cubecraft has to do something about the Teamers in Skywars.
Maybe making Teaming offences stackable or increasing the punishment of Teamers after they have been banned multiple times and still don't learn their lesson.

-1 this would be abused by saltlords and players who think they're too good at PvP to be killed by us non-hackers to get anyone that kills them kicked.

Sounds cool, but the problem is if you are in a skype call of (6, 7 *example) they all can abuse it, i think the vote kick system need to be edited and then it can be a efficient new system that will work well.

1) Nobody doesn't know that teaming isn't allowed. The current "punishment" for teaming is a joke so the teamers just don't care.

2) If you make it hard to abuse it will also be hard to use making it basically useless, but if it is powerful enough to actually do anything it will also be powerful enough to be easily abused.

Vote kick needs to be removed in general...
There is no need to have this besides trolling...

No matter what the conditions are, there can and there will be a way to abuse it.
For instance:
A rank (obsidian for instance) can say: "Votekick Gainfullterror! He's a hacker! kick him if you don't want to play with hackers!" and the stone ranks would just follow the rank since they usually just follow the crowd and go with it for the lols. They don't necessarily have to believe someone's hacking, but they could just kick it so that they have less competition.
I could probably name a few other scenarios that could very well happen, but I believe this one already says enough.

An option for you could be to link the stream to the staff help chat in hopes of a staff member to start watching and dealing with the rule breakers. It's not advised as most of the time they'll just end up telling you to report rule breakers, but it's definitely worth a shot sometimes.
