EDIT: I realised that this went against the EULA but I think we should be able to buy votes instead of ranks, as some people just want to vote so there could be voting packets such as: 10 for £** 20 for £** and etc

Its not at all against the EULA as no currency at all is involved. You can buy operator with points on a server without it being against EULA.

Voting is something that would end up costing players even more money than buying ranks if they did it repetitively. Voting is one of the privileges associated with donating and I think it should stay that way.
