Pentium Kabylake or i3 6100

Hi guys i want to buy a new mini pc (not for gaming) and i am undecided for the processor
i3 6100 or pentium g4560?
i3=2 cores and 4 threads
Pentium=2 cores and 4 th

but the i3 have 3.7 ghz clock and the pentium's clock is 3.5 ghz
What i choose?

i3 6100 skylake is a beast with hyperthreading which makes the 2 cores---> four cores and it's also a budget processor like you want

I would choose the i3 6100!

I'd go with the G4560. If the options were the Pentium and an i3-7100, the decision would be much more difficult (3.9GHz? Dang!).
