All Networks Regarding marketplace quality assurance

Hello, including CubeCraft announce about a new team to test their items called marketplace quality assurance so I would mention some points, it would be a good choice for them.

I'm performing to suggest CubeCraft add some abilities to make the role special with more abilities to obtain the person interested to apply for it.

What are the abilities that are going to benefit the role?

Bedrock:

• Having some items from the store
• Abilities to fly in the lobby as same as staff-members
• Having a free VIP level/Prefix/rank
• Ability to vote in all the games without rank
• Access to the staff-chat in-game

Java:

• Free plus until the member resign
• Testing the new cages, kits, etc
• Access to Private Games
• Access to the staff-chat in-game

Discord:

• Abilities to change nickname
• Access to help the people who are asking for the role in staff-help
• Access to use Nitro-chat & Nitro-VC

I dont think this is really necessary, here is why:

They have nothing to do with all staff tasks, so there is no point of adding them in the staff-chat

Staff-help is only for staff members. Thats the reason why designers and translaters arent allowed to help as well.

Literally this thread is about my permissions. I don’t think someone outside of the team should make this kind of suggestion.

I am allowed to help in staff help for questions regarding my role, translators and designers are allowed to do the same as we are all staff.

Going to lock this thread as it's derailed off of its purpose. Furthermore, benefits like this would be discussed internally and is under the discretion by our QA manager and design team. Realistically, it shouldn't be discussed publicly, as the purpose of QA'ing our Marketplace maps shouldn't be with the benefits that come with it, but the experience you gain and time you have as an official staff member at CubeCraft. Hope you understand where we're coming from with this!
