It will be really very cool, as a PC player, I got sick of killing phone players, and teleion players were sick of being killed

Well I already suggested this... They said no. What I know is only 1 thing;
Pc players are so much happier with mobile players as we are an easy opponent to beat. Most of the pc players are afraid of fighting people at their stage instead of being brave.

I feel like separating different devices across the network would take away the ability to play together with friends, which is what Minecraft originally intended on with the Better Together update. Playing together with friends is one of the core benefits of Bedrock Edition, regardless of it sometimes leading to an additional advantage for PC users.
The thing about this is that they would have to do a lot of coding to change how bedrock works, going through the original bedrock files and coding could break the game entirely and cause issues across the platform. As bedrock auto-includes all console, windows, and pocket edition players, It's a default Minecraft mechanic. One way they could possibly use would be the same type of plugin they used back in 2016 when 1.8 and 1.9 Java was could be used on all versions but able to chose what combat style you wanted with NPCs. though I don't believe they would be changing anything as it would like said above, take away the whole purpose of the Better Together update.
Going against the point of the Better Together Update which is why bedrock was made
