When someone hits me while he is turned away from me and when someone hits me for far away with sword is he hacking or do I/him have bad ping?

As other Users said above, (if you can) record a video. If you can not, you can use the /report command or go to the CubeCraft Reports Website ( https://reports.cubecraft.net/report )
