mentioned in the thread: they come back and bypass the ban + they won't get instantly banned using the reports site.
I have already reported like 5 people every hour on MineWare for flying. You need evidence or else they won't get ban. Also you can't report Invis people because it's a "Glitch/Bug" and people use it a lot.
As said above, they are looking for a new Developer, for now just report hackers here: https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/report-a-bedrock-player-or-bug.88/
