Do you have to invite them for a visit?
Yes i would prefer that! because i know for sure i would hate it if i was building at people just randomly showed up. Maybe there should be a Kick all players from island command as well lol now that i think of it.

I don’t think inviting would be the best solution. In my eyes, you should have three options: on, friends only and off.

I personally think that would work out a lot better as I am sure that some players would love to be able to show off the island they created. Above that, inviting people before they can actually visit takes ages, in case you’ve got lots of friends or people requesting if they can take a look.

It would be very cool if you could invite your friends to your island so you can show them how far you are and of course the other way around. But as you don't want randoms on your island who'd break everything, I suggest a visit request which the owner of the island (or one of the members if you're on a coop island) has to accept.

What a great idea!
Maybe a toggle for (on, invite only, friends only, off)
And a toggle for invisibility (All, everyone but friends, None)

With this feature people would make great builds, parkour courses, droppers etc. Would be so fun to visit some of them!

Another idea is awarding great builds with some Skyblock-money.

Would be cool if you could TP players to your island. I would love to show off my island to my friends and others who would want to see.
Or that you can specify your island without being able to make any interaction with your island of any kind. But its a very good idea!

Hi, thanks for the suggestion!

Visiting players is something we’re wanting to implement, but we need to assess the moderation and technical challenges with it; could they interact? Could they talk in chat? If they do, how will it look? Will there be another chat? These are questions we need to consider internally before implementing.

This is likely an addition that will follow the Nether update, so keep an eye out - you’ll be able to show your friends around in no time!

What if there was a way to put a sign down that says "welcome" or "open" or "closed" and whatever is on the sign can turn the visiting on and off. That sign would allow people to do something such as /is go [players name] or /island visit [players name] if the message is welcoming and if it has "closed" then no one can visit. (Sorry if I rambled too much I just am bad at putting things into words <3)

I also think players shouldn't be able to interact unless the owner of the island gave permission and then could remove those permissions from them when needed. It would cause a lot of theft unfortunately and new rules might need to be implemented.

Thank you for listening <3
