hey there.

Usually i don't post much but since i'm kinda new to 1.9 pvp ( or have made little progress in the past ) i was hoping i would get any tips or advice on how to master 1.9 combat pvp.

the point of wanting to know how to master 1.9 combat is to try and complete medium/hard daily challenges. sometimes though, it is even hard to complete the easy daily challenge; for i have tried to eliminate a few players in FFA, skywars, and even Eggwars,

i know that timing my attacks is simple.
But there is no point of hitting anyone if there is no way you can accurately hit your target.

so far, aiming is my most common conflict/weakness and would probably try other hobbies (I.E: building, parkouring, surviving, etc ) but i plan to get as many achievements as possible.

most of the reasons of missing targets is that they either move so fast or they know how to perform timed comboes more accurately.

if there are any tips on how to improve aim or any other form of skill, please let me know in the comments below. i hope that some day i can even call myself a pvp pro, but as of now i stand unarmed and lack confidence.

You could train your aim on certain websites where you can make the sensitivity equal to your sensitivity in Minecraft. But, you'll master your aim by practising. And try to use A and D while giving a combo. When you give someone a combo, you won't need to aim as much as when you get a combo against you.
Music might help to make comboes.
Oh, and an important one: believe in yourself ;)

Play games where you can pvp, such a Duels FFA etc. I played a lot Duels back then and I'm decent in PvP. These games will help you aiming and making comboes, because you're fighting against (better) people. As I said: fight against people who are much better then you, it'll actually helps you (I did it with Time_4_PvP, and since then my timing is much better). Don't give up if you're getting killed the hole time, it's pretty regular for most off the people. If your aim is good, focus on timing; this means the "reach" you take if you hit someone, and the time between hiting someone and strafing. Try to get always a range off 2,5+, there are serveral mods who can show you this. If you need any more, contact me on Discord: Finixly#3179 I answer everyone.

Disclaimer: I'm not the best in the game, this is just what I did.

I don't really have tips on 1.9 pvp, but if you're used to 1.8 PvP, I suggest playing games like Lucky Islands, Skywars, Eggwars, FFA on 1.8. It's much quicker and easier imo. (With Daily Challenges)

It does take a while for some games to start,so if it does take to long you can always switch back to 1.9.

My suggestion is to play more 1.9 pvp, like skywars, duels, ffa, etc.
Practice is key ;)
Oh and try to w-tap while fighting with some strafes, just like 1.8 but with timing, knockback is key in 1.9 pvp.
If you deal much knockback it will be harder for the opponent to hit you.
If you don't know how to w-tap on 1.9 try to search it on YouTube.
Feel free to contact me if you want help:) (or if you just want a conversation;))

Aim and timing are really important. If you have good aim and perfect timing you can get really far

This is how i did it. => I was changing my sensitivity everytime until i could do perfect 180,45,90 degrees turns. Then I was playing a lot of duels and using this techniek in overpowerd mode. After you learned the basics you can learn how to crit hit <- This took me like 3 weeks to get the perfect hits and I still miss some hits. I was one of the better pvpers one cubecraft but now I am a nerd that stalks @Kloska. I hope my comment helped you. (Edit: You're timing is important aswell thats the first thing you have to learn)

heya, hope i am not too late but if you need any help at getting better, i could try and help train you. If you are interested just add me on cubecraft (username is GladiusYugen) and invite me to a party some time. would be glad to help! I would consider myself to be pretty good at the game, especially eggwars!
