Upgrading from Emerald rank to Obsidian rank

Hello CubeCraft,

I'm currently waiting for a next sale to happen to (probably) upgrade to the highest rank available. Somehow, the original price (139,99 GBP) doesn't change for me. Is this how it's supposed to be or should I have a lower price to pay since I already own Emerald? Thank you for considering to read this message (even though it's not long).

If you are upgrading from Emerald to Obsidian you should see that the upgrade costs 50.00 GBP. Are you sure that you did login on the right account at the store? If you type in your username 'ThisIsOllie', you should see a page that looks like this:

If you are not logged in on the right account you should scroll to the bottom and click 'Logout' and then select 'Ranks' again and fill in the correct username.

I am very sure I entered the correct username in that box. I even tried logging out and back in several times but nothing changed. And besides, that page, showing up for you right now, is not the same as mine. Is that normal?

Now, I even tried entering some other people their names with also having the Emerald rank but neither did the sale work for them. Could this be a me-problem?

Just like my account, all available ranks still pop up and the site doesn't act like I own a rank at all.

When I type in your username, it shows that you have to pay 50 GBP for Obsidian. Can you send a screenshot of what you see on the store?

Maybe you can use a different browser.
no idea if that will help, but you can at least try.

I've also tried it with my phone, using Safari, didn't work. And on my PC I use Opera.

I tried using Microsoft Edge a few seconds ago, but still the same results.

Did you use capital letters in the right places in your username? Are you using this catogory https://store.cubecraft.net/category/698743?

Ho, wait! Clicking on that link sent me to a page which had the option to upgrade from Emerald to Obsidian, but I can't get there myself somehow. I first click on 'Ranks', then click on the Java option and fill in my username (ThisIsOllie) after. But then it just sends me to the rank page like I don't own any rank already. How is it possible that you can get to it and not me?

I hope your getting that upgrade because it’s really worth it.I had emerald too for long time and I’m so much happier with obsidian.Good luck and maybe you just need to contact @Camezonda for the purchase or the support email address

I didn't buy it yet tho. I am just wondering why the webstore is bugging for me and not for anyone else.
