Bows in Skywars..

Iam tired of bowspammers and in general bows but when i vote NO projectiles there is always bows..
Shouldn't there be an extra option or some sort that you can vote that you don't want any bows in youre game?

What do you guys think about this? vote youre opinion in the poll.

Using bows is a valid strategy, just like using swords

It would be really nice if there was an option. Since skywars is pretty close ranged pvp it can be annoying if you are getting bow spammed right at the beginning. i don't dislike bowspamming, but if there was a no bow option it would be very nice.

Don’t really think it’s worth developers their time. It’s just one little adjustment that would probably take a lot of time that could be put into another game that needs it more. Also bows are already far less OP as they used to be, so you can’t hear me complain. Nowadays players barely bowspam compared to Overpowered before the SW update.

Bowspamming will always be considered a strategy, no matter what. I don't like players bowspamming either but it's just part of the game and something that shouldn't be removed just because some dislike it. Also, keep in mind that bows are a vanilla feature. Their removal might lead to frustration among some players, especially the new ones. In fact, I think skywars actually had a decrease in players after the projectile-update, which isn't good for Cubecraft either. And let's be honest, bows have always been a part of skywars, it's even the game's icon, it's its face. Skywars isn't the same without bows, it would just be kitpvp on some islands. Besides this, there are many ways to counter bowspamming. Build a wall, place blocks behind you, use a shield, strafe, use ender-pearls, etc. Is it really that hard?...

I love the he bow, it makes the game more exciting and brings a extra layer of sensation. Because you could be shot every second while you are fighting or building. This means you always have to pay attention to your opponents. A good tip for you is to check for the near by enemy’s if you see them using a bow. If not you probably have a good chance to get closer.

The bow could be called in two ways since you can also use it several times as a defense or against attack. In the game mode of Skywars SOLO - TEAM, the bow is something essential and could also be considered as a tool for PVP performance. There are many people who use the bow as a skill and not just to bowspam or camping at all times,as is the ability of others,so removing bows wouldn't be a good idea. :)

Bows are a vanilla feature of the game and are very much part of the PvP (and PvE) ecosystem. While it can sometimes be annoying to have to play against someone who uses them in excess, it is still very much possible to beat said player if you know what you're doing.

However, I do think that adding a voting option to not have bows in your game is something that could be added just as another customization option.

It can be really frustrating if someone is abusing it but it is pvp too.You can kill someone by being good at the bow which is a good way too because not everyone is pvp (sword/axe) god

Bow - part of skywars. Skywars can`t be without bow. If remove bow, skywars turn into boring monotony and no one wants playing into it. Think about it...

It's so annoying the BowSpammers, but it's pvp, i think that it would be cool if they add that gamemode
