Maybe less projectiles? If there are no throwables there are still people bow spamming. Sometimes it is really annoying, maybe it is a good idea to reduce the amount of arrows given? Or maybe only be able to get arrows at mid? Although I don't think that would be a great idea because the stacked people who went to mid have all the arrows, which means a disadvantage to other players.

Here is a selfish suggestion:

Add a kit with slime blocks or add them to the redstone kit.I love to build flying machines,but the only map where I can do that is toxic(I'm not sure if is still possible to play this map) and it's not exactly a viable option,by adding a way to get slime blocks faster it would add more diversity.

Also I would like to play on the map "modern" again pls :c

Quality of life:
I sometimes want to compare my kills to other players' kills, so it would be really cool if my total amount of kills would still be shown in tab after I die.

Not possible in vanilla Minecraft, scoreboard statistics will always vanish if a player changes to spectator mode, though maybe this could be changed with the power of plugins? :D

make the first refill loot chest stronger, i barely find better armor or good swords in these, yesterday i was playing and had an iron sword when everyone else had enchanted swords -also diam swords- at the beginning of the game, it refilled but nothing yet :D SKYWARS RANKED 2 PLZ

Please change maps like end or rainbow (solo maps), so they don't have a really tiny island which is hard to PvP on, also I'd like to see on many more maps a ring or so, like birdhouse or glass has, this makes the map more fun and easier to find an oponnent to battle with. There are also a few team skywars maps I would like to see a semi-mid, like Trees and Candy, perhaps pacman either.

SkyWars is one of our networks' biggest games and is loved by most CubeCraft players. Today I'm here to ask for you to help us with our next SkyWars update. Suggestions must be reasonable, possible and must not majorly change the concept of CubeCraft SkyWars. The last thing we want is to make SkyWars completely different and change the mechanics of the core game, which most people will not like. If you have any suggestions for the following topics, comment on them below:
  • Quality of life features (Things to make the game nicer and better to play).
  • New kits.
  • Kit re-balancing.
  • Additional chest loot.
  • Changes to chest loot.
  • Map/design improvements.
  • Other small general improvements.
  • If you want a Lucky Islands map in SkyWars, suggest and give your reasons why it should be added.

We might not reply to all suggestions, but do not worry, we are reading them and considering them. Not every suggestion will make it into the game, so don't worry if your suggestion isn't implemented.

LOOT SUGGESTIONS

1. [1.8/OP/SOLO] STARTER ISLANDS LOOT


Modify starter islands chests loot a little.

Right now, you can get:

A) Balanced armor/sword. Full armor, with a sharp 2 iron sword or diamond sword without enchant/low level enchant
B) OP armor/Bad sword. Diamond armor with enchants and sharpness 2 iron sword/diamond sword without enchant
C) OP sword/Bad armor. Sharpness 4 diamond sword without full armor: helmet+chestplate or helmet+leggings+boots.
My suggestion here: add a chestplate (iron at least) to the OP sword/bad armor combo, or remove this combination and allow players to get sharp 4 sword only at pre-mid chests.
Why? Without chestplate or with only 2 pieces of armor you can get killed instantly.

2. [1.8/OP/SOLO] GOLD SWORDS
Gold swords (5.25 damage points) should be removed. Completely underpowered for this game selection. Even with knockback 1

3. [1.8/OP/SOLO] GOLDEN APPLES
-Keep golden apples rate. This is how it should be.

4. [1.8/OP/SOLO] BOWS
Remove power 1 bows and bows without enchant. Keep power 2 and punch 1 with a few uses. Add power 3?

5. [BOTH VERSIONS/SOLO] TNT MAP
-Modify TNT map -OP chests- to allow players to build a tnt cannon with starter chests.
Right now, you have to be very lucky to get everything for that.

Examples:

A) No chestplate combination (check 1.C in this post) -> you can't survive a tnt cannon
B) No bucket and no pickaxe (Yes, this combination is pretty common -tested in op 1.8 solo-), you need to craft a wooden pickaxe, after that, a stone pickaxe, get the iron block and craft a bucket. And surprise, when you finish doing this, at least 1 player is in your island, and/or the main island was already looted.

6. [BOTH VERSIONS/SOLO&TEAM] TNT ADDITION?
Add some TNT to mid island chests?. Op and... normal maybe?




MAP DESIGN SUGGESTIONS

1. [BOTH VERSIONS/SOLO]

-Add an anvil to the Pokemon map.
-Add anvil and enchanting table to Drought.

2. [BOTH VERSIONS/SOLO]
-Modify tnt paths in Beach map. A lot of players get lagbacks/"mini" lagbacks in the pressure plates. Pvp in the main island is extremely difficult too with that structure.

3. [BOTH VERSIONS/SOLO]
Modify castle map a little. PVP is extremely difficult here. Only a 2x3 zone in the starter islands and that's all. Starter islands castles were built with wood, stone, slabs, fences, etc, so players can get glitched here too after building a bridge (stairs type), and you need pickaxe and axe to scape.

Canyon map doesn't have any potion in the brewing stand. Alien map (team), neither.

AUTOBALANCE SUGGESTION


1. [BOTH VERSIONS/TEAM]
Remove or modify the autobalance. If someone is trolling or is afk and that player choose a team but nobody joins him, the game is not going to start. Never.
Current result: players leave. I saw this innumerable times

AVAILABLE MAPS SUGGESTION

1. [BOTH VERSIONS/TEAM]
I don't know if this is possible, but don't send non-ranked players to 40 players map at night time (<700 players in the network for example).
Impossible to fill, and since stone players can't choose maps, sometimes the automatic selection send them to maps like Candy or Trees.
Example: at night time you can see 10 players trying to play team skywars, but all of them are stone rank and were sent to "Candy". The game never starts. Ranked players can't play a 16 players map neither, because stone players are being sent to a bigger map and not a 16 players map like "Fruit or Toxic"

Kits rebalance:
  • Enderman - Buff it, waiting 2 minutes for a pearl means its useless, skywars is a fast paced game, therefore it should be 1 min, 3 mins and 5 mins.
  • Bomber - Price reduction, it's too expensive for a kit that is basically fun, with no real help in game.
  • Healer - Increasing what it gets, possibly adding a golden apple.
New Kits:
  • Troll - A generally fun kit, which includes: - Fireworks, webs, lava bucket, invisibility potion, witch.
  • Dog - Gives a wolf, iron boots protection 2.
Voting system:

The voting system is very unbalanced, if someone chooses, basic and another chooses normal and another chooses overpowered, it's always basic, so having it as random so 33.3% for each or when 2 are chosen 50%, instead of 100% basic, same games with the other things, like timing.

Maps:

Improving maps is very important in my opinion, have the maps be smaller, closer to middle, to encourage fighting. At the end it's the point of the game. Examples of these are maps like Field, snowflake and snake. Avoid having maps like Music where the middle is ~40 blocks away.

Abilities:
  • Quick heal - Buff the potion the current potion gives only 0.5 - 1 heart, should be increased to at least 2.
This here are possibly new abilities that have been suggested many times:
  • Regen after kill - It should be regen 1 and the max should be around 7 seconds.
  • Strength after kill - Important to discourage clean ups, max should be 5 seconds.
  • Speed after kill - Speed II after kill to allow players a chance should be around 10 seconds.

Revamp the old map on solo called Trees.

Possibly make it more tree like and look prettier.

(I don't have specific examples but it's an old map and looks kinda ugly and plain.
Trees is a classic. As well as Temple. These maps will never be changed.

Yes :) His suggestion is this:

Skywars is the most famous game of Cubecraft in the 1.8 and the server in general.
We carry with the same maps since May 15, 2018 (8 months) I think it is time to remaster current maps as: *Flowers*: A map that takes many years and has not received any change ever, currently is one of the least loved by the community because it is not a map that is right now

*TNT*: A map that was added in the last fill of maps and that the truth is not a big map, missing something and has little work, can improve

*Castle*: A map like flowers, no modification in many years and should put a semicenter like Sport or Pokemon

MAPS THAT SHOULD GO BACK!

Who does not remember the map of Pirates, Angelic, Ice or Gravity?!

I think it would not cost anything to catch the map of pirates for example and update it a bit to return the oldest and most played maps on CubeCraft
