Can't Appeal

I tried to apeal my ban but when i enter my Mc username I only get a error message saying "Error! "Mc Username" has never joined the server, please make sure you are entering your username and not your appeal code."
I'm sure i typed my name corectly and not the appeal code, but i have chanced my name since i last joined the server.
All help i can get is greatly appreciated.

If you never logged onto the server with your new name, you will have to use an older name or your UUID to get to your appeals page.
This is your appeals page.
