My son was banned while playing Lucky Islands. He is 8 years old and has only just started playing Minecraft and I highly doubt he's cabable of violating any policies resulting in a ban.
Using the appeal code given when trying to conntect to the server, there are two infractions on appeals.cubecraft.net. However, both of these are from last year and applies to other users (the evidence screen shots clearly shows this).
How can this be och how to lift the ban?
