My Suggestion: Get a better anticheat or more staff members

Why ?: Well i have a group that plays like 12/7 eggwars. but we enjoy the game less and less cause of all the hackers that for real can fly or use anti kb or kill aura. And ofc u guys arguments are then"get plus rank or report it on the forums" like 2 of our players have plus rank and even if we report then 1/3 times staff comes. the rest of the time we just lose and we get very mad at that. just because your staff isnt active and the anti cheat is not that good we lose our game. ofc we can report them on the forum but when do the get banned then ?? 4 months later?. one of our member made a ban appeal and is this waiting for even a responds or anything.
oke so we support ur server by buying ranks PLEASE look at this get a better anticheat or more staff cause this is getting really stupid.
you guys are really ganne lose players because of all the hackers (just a side note)

The server has a good anticheat, And i have totally no problem with reports on forum. Most of the time the same day the hackers are banned.

You can't ban every hacker on the server in time without them annoying legit players. Its just impossible. Reporting is all you can do and looking through reports is all mods can do. If you want the hacker to get banned before you lose your game to him, you might be able to dm a staff member who is online to spectate and ban him.

Why a better anticheat? Of the over 1 million bans only 12500 are incorrect, a lot of people lie about it. Also, if a staffer bans a dude for hacking the ac will “learn”. Next to that, they cant ploof good staffmembers out of their pockets; the people need to apply.

Sentinel is a pretty good anti-cheat and he is always being improved by the Developer. By the way, reporting hackers isn't bad at all. Most of the time, reports are handled the same day as the report has been reported. I'm not going to do say something about the amount of staff members/mods since I am simply not the person who should be doing that.

Oh by the way, whenever you join the server, look at Sentinel's ban statistics for the fun ;)

I know you are big reporter, but mods sometime take hours to respond and you get closed, I think they should have more people that view reports at ALL times

Sentinel is, of course, not perfect. But as stated above in other replies, it definitely is being worked on constantly to improve. Here's a quote from our anti-cheat developer about Sentinel:

We do prioritise a version over another, but it changes a lot on a daily basis. So yes, you might find more cheaters on 1.8 more frequent than 1.9+ but it doesn't mean we're only updating Sentinel for 1.9 at all. Sentinel 1.8 is indeed a little harder to keep updated simply due to the number of clients that are out there for 1.8 and it's a cat and mouse game to patch them all.

Another thing to mention is that just because you see cheaters in your games that aren't getting banned, it doesn't mean they're bypassing Sentinel at all. All I'm going to say is Sentinel does know about them, but it's just not at the point yet where it is happy to hand out punishment to those players. So yes, Sentinel is always watching and it's not going to stop anytime soon.

Although we understand Sentinel may not ban cheaters as fast you would like, that's why we have the moderation team. We're not of course going to always ask that you as a player should make a report on our report site, or that you should buy the PLUS rank because of the /report feature. Because not only would that be unreasonable, but because you're free to ask a staff member to come check out a rule breaker in #staff-help on our discord. There will be times, when no staff members are available, mainly due to our team being quite small. But that's why we have our helpers application. If you want to help make a change, then go for it and apply.

There is about like 3 hacker developers per developer on Cubecraft. There is almost no way they could keep up especially with their irl lives unlike the hacker developers. Anyways, I think Sentinel is doing fine. There is almost no way Cube could make it perfect though.

The anti cheat is very usefull now, and the number of staffs is good nos, and the helper applycation are open

Ofcourse the anticheat can be improved but i like sentinel how it is now. Scaffold gets easily detected in eggwars and killaura/bhop gets instant bans. Only thing sentinel can't detect is anti-kb which can be frustrating sometimes

I never play eggwars anymore due to its hackers, now there are Fly hackers in Skywars...

I play a lot of eggwars and I rarely come across a hacker, even when you do face a hacker you wont lose your fun playing the game as it just happened once in like 100 games, so if you wish you could start playing again. Also I play on 1.9

The anti-cheat could be improved indeed, I think a little more staff wouldn't be unneeded either. But to be honest, I don't see much hackers the last time.

I think thats exactly the reason why Cube has opened Helper applications, to gain more staff members :P
