If you want to Join, you shouldn't have Lápiz Rank.
If you have Iron, You will get upgrade for Lápiz
You should post a reply with your IGN, and Rank saying in it I want to Join!
If I contacted you, you should answer within 24 hours OR, I will repick winner

Thats all.
Winner will be picked up Randomly After 3 days.

Think of it as a raffle. It's pretty much the same thing, and it does make it an actual giveaway like he said. Otherwise, it's just a competition.

You uhh... you don't have to make separate posts about who's in already. You can just edit the main thread and update the percentages. It'd be a lot less spammy and would reduce pointless posts. Also, less importantly, it's "IceScreams" and not "IceScreama".
