So now that Cubecraft has enough money to implement more things, here are some ideas on what to implement first.

MONTHLY LEADERBOARDS:
I think everyone is craving for Monthly leaderboards. Players will have a reason to play and they could even be rewarded! (don’t worry tryhards normal leaderboards will stay)
Rewards for Monthly Leaderboards:

- First place rewards: EXCLUSIVE FIRST PLACE COSMETIC (Win effect or Trail), 2 Uber Cubelets, 2500 Experience.
- Second place rewards: 1 Uber Cubelet, 2 Super Cubelets, 1500 Experience.
- Third place rewards: 2 Super Cubelets, 3 Cubelets, 1000 Experience.
- Fourth place rewards: 3 Cubelets, 750 Experience.
- Fifth place rewards: 2 Cubelets, 500 Experience.

CUBEPASS:
Just like most Battleroyales Cubecraft will have a Cubepass for 10k Lootpoints.
Each season will last around one month(6 Weeks).

-So how will the Cubepass work?
It’s simple, every game you play you’ll gain some experience for the Cubepass. The amounts of wins and kills, or in certain games such as MineWare the amount of microgames completed, will increase the exp you get.
When you advance a Tier you’ll get a reward. The higher you are the better rewards you get.

There will also be weekly challenges to complete. These will help you speed up the process to increase your tier.
Examples:
Break 50 eggs in Eggwars.
Kill 150 players in Skywars
Win 30 Duels.
Loot 75 Chests in Survival games.
Send 1000 Mobs in Tower defence.
Open 150 Lucky Blocks in Lucky Islands.
Capture 25 Flags in Block Wars.

Rewards for the Cubepass could be Cubelets, EXP, Loot Points and most importantly EXCLUSIVE COSMETICS.

1.13 SKYBLOCK AND SURVIVAL:
Now that you guys confirmed that the Plus rank incomes are going to be used to update the network to 1.13 its time to reintroduce Skyblock and Survival!!!
I'd personally play both of those gamemodes since I'm done with tryhards ruining most competitive games except Lucky Islands.

https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/for-1-13-add-survival.208850/

GUILD SYSTEM:
I suggested this before and I'll suggest again. GUILD SYSTEMS WITH GUILD LEVELS, GUILD HALLS ETC!
Here's my previous thread about Guilds:
Okay, what does this mean?
Players are now able to create their own Guild. When doing so they can earn Guild Points and Guild EXP after winning games.
Let me go through some simple commands:
  • /guild create
  • /guild join [Guild Name]
  • /guild list
  • /guild leave
  • /guild invite [Name]
  • /guild stats
  • /guild management
  • /guild hall
  • /guild kick
  • /guild trade [Name]
  • /guild dismiss (Points will not be refunded)
  • /guild bank
  • /guild account
  • /guild pay [amount]

Guild Creation
Players with an Lapiz or up will have the ability to create a guild by typing /guild create.
Any player, with the requirements said above, has the ability to create only one Guild. Guilds with offensive and inappropriate names will be punished accordingly. The player will lose the ability to create a new Guild for a decent amount of time, or if that player doesn't learn his lesson it will result in a permanent loss of the creating Guilds Perk. It may even result into a Guild Ban.
After the player activated the command an GUI will pop-up with an confirmation if the player really wants to create a Guild.
The player then, if he agrees, will have to pay 2500 points for the Creation of his Guild.
After the buying process is over another GUI will pop-up asking for to name the Guild. An 26 Character max seems fine to me.
Guilds will be set to invitations only from default. Meaning that players can only join the Guild if they got an invitation from their Leader or Secretary. Any non-ranker will be able join any Guild if they got invited or if it's public.

Guild List
The Guild List will provide the top 100 Guilds which each Guild being the head of the Owner.
After you hover over a Guild it will say the amount of EXP, amount of Points and Members. Guilds will be represented by the Leader's head.
So you'll only see heads when you activate the command /guild list. Similar to Freebuild's Top Plots System.
The Guild List will also show the current ranking of your Guild, it's EXP, amount of Points and Members. It should be located on one of the bottom corners of the GUI.

Guild Management
The Leader and Secretary of a Guild will have access to Guild Management.
Guild Management is basically the place where you set the options for your guild and manage your ranks.
Here you will have access to whether your going will be invites only or public.
And you will also have the option to give people certain ranks inside a guild.
  • Leader: The Leader is the player whom created the Guild. He's the only player with access to every Guild Permission. If the Leader steps down or leaves the Guild then the oldest Secretary becomes the Leader. There can only be one Leader inside a Guild.
  • Secretary: The Secretary is basically an Admin, Secretaries just have less permissions. For example: giving players Secretary and Leader Rank and kicking Secretaries and the Leader. They are simply CO-Leaders. There can be multiple Secretaries inside a Guild.
  • Builder: Builders are players who got permission to build inside the Guild Hall plot of their Guild. Builders only have this permission. They aren't really special.
  • Member: Members are Guild Members. They can compete for the Guild and earn Guild EXP and Guild Points. Simple!
  • New Member: New Members are members whom haven't been a part of the guild for more than 3 days. No one can set a players Rank to New Members unless that player is really new.
Permissions
Now I will go over all the permissions Guild Members get. Some may sound confusing and some will be explained later in this thread.
  • Permission to kick players: Leader and Secretaries.(Secretaries are not able to kick players with the same the rank or above them)
  • Permission to invite players: Leader and Secretaries.
  • Permission to leave Guild: Every Guild member.
  • Permission to build inside the Guild Hall: Leader, Secretaries, Builders.
  • Permission to use /guild list: Every Guild member.
  • Permission to use /guild hall: If the Guild Hall is already created then every Guild member is able to access it. If it's not yet created then the Leader will have to unlock it and finish the Guild Hall Quest.
  • Permission to use /guild stats: Every Guild member.
  • Earn Guild EXP and Guild Points: Every Guild member.
  • Permission to use the Guild Store: Every Guild member after the Guild Hall Quest is completed.
  • Permission to use the Grand Exchange: Every Guild member after the Guild Hall Quest is completed.
  • Permission to use /guild management: Leader and Secretaries.
  • Permission to use /guild dismiss: Leader.
  • Permission to name someone a Secretary: Leader.
  • Permission to buy a Guild Hall: Leader.
  • Permission to use /guild trade: Every Guild member is allowed to trade with fellow Guild members only.
  • Permissions to use /guild stats: Every Guild member.
  • Permissions to use /guild bank: Every Guild member.
  • Access to Guild's Bank Account: Leader.
  • Access to Guild Arena: Every Guild Member.
Guild Points and Guild EXP
Guild Points and Guild EXP can be earned after winning a game as told earlier.
When a player earns Guild Points it won't go to its Guild but to its Account. Meaning that the Amount of Guild Points is different for each Guild member. But players are able to pay their guild by typing /guild pay [amount]. This will give the set amount of Guild Points into the Guild Bank Account which is only accessible by the Guild Leader.
This could come in handy since many 'Guild Upgrades' are very expensive.
Guild EXP in the other hand is will be directly sent into the Guild. Meaning that if a player leaves the Guild the EXP won't be lost. So choose wisely which Guild you join.

Guild Hall
The Guild Hall can only be unlocked by the Guild Leader. For that he will have to spend 2500 Guild Points.
And after the unlocking process is finished he will have to do the Guild Hall Quest, which can be considered HARD CORE.
After finishing the Guild Hall Quest the player and his Guild will have access to it's Guild Hall. They also get access to the Guild Bank, Guild Store, Grand Exchange and Guild Arena.
The Guild hall is basically a place to talk, meet and have fun as a Guild. Any kind of inappropriate and offensive builds or behavior could result into the Guild getting banned. Normal Server rules still apply.

Guild Hall Quest

Now the Guild Hall Quest.
The Guild Hall Quest is a simple mini quests which will require 5 Guild Members to participate.
It won't start until 5 Guild Members joined. If you already unlocked the Guild Hall and you haven't succeeded that Guild Hall Quest then you could always try again.
Now let me explain how the Guild Hall Quest will look like:
After the Guild Leader begins the Quest every online Guild member will get an invite to join him. As said before the minimum for this 'quest' is five player and there is no maximum. When the quest begins every player will get full Iron Armor and an Iron Sword with 2 Gold Apples. Also the gamemode will be set to Hardcore. Meaning no regenaration until you finish the quest. The player will spawn on a road that leads to some huge ruins in the distance. The Guild will need to follow the road and clear all mobs in the area. When all mobs are gone a miniboss will appear in the middle of the ruins. (Possibly a wither with 1/4 of it's health and without the ability to fly)
The Guild will then have to defeat the miniboss and claim its Guild Hall.
After claiming the Guild Hall players will get the ability to access the Guild Arena (A place where players can PvP with custom kits), the Grand Exchange, the Guild Store and the Guild Bank. Also the Guild will have the ability to costumize and build their Guild Hall to their liking. (Only those Guild members with permission of course.)

The Guild Bank
The Guild Bank is basically the place where all the Resources, Items and maybe even Cosmetics that Members don't need or don't want are stored. Any Guild Member will have access to the Guild Bank so be careful what you put there as a Member may take it. You could compare it to a public chest.

The Guild Store
The Guild Store is basically the best place to spend your points. There you can buy Boosters, Unique Cosmetics, Guild Expansions in member and plot sizes and many more. The Guild Store's currency will be (easy to guess) Guild Points! Possible ideas for Cosmetics:
Boosters:
Boosters will give the whole Guild more Normal EXP, Points, Guild Points, Guild EXP when activated.
These are the following boosters:
  • Double Points (1 hour) [3000 Guild Points]
  • Double EXP (1 hour) [3000 Guild Points]
  • Double Guild Points (2 hours) [3000 Guild Points]
  • Double Guild EXP (2 hours) [3000 Guild Points]
Guild Resources
Guild Resources are basically blocks and items that can be placed and used inside the Guild Hall. For example Swords, Wooden Planks, Iron gear, Stone, etc. these can be used to play in the Guild Arena or to decorate the Guild Hall. Resources are fairly cheap and can be bought from the Guild Store or Grand Exchange.

Grand Exchange
The Grand Exchange will give Guild Members the ability to trade Resources or Cosmetics(obtained through Cubelets or the Guild Store) with other Guilds and Players for Guild Points. It's basically an auction house where player can ask for specific items, Cosmetics or Resources. And sell specific items, Cosmetics or Resources.

Okay let me know of what you think.

Will have to be renamed to something else. Sounds like a good idea though but it's very alike to the already existing Cubepass- except for the fact it's the server in general and not Insomnia.

1.13 SKYBLOCK AND SURVIVAL:
Now that you guys confirmed that the Plus rank incomes are going to be used to update the network to 1.13 its time to reintroduce Skyblock and Survival!!!

Great! Some months ago I made a thread about clans. You might want to add the things I put in there.
stop plugging your own threads on someone elses

are you being sexist, boy?!

Guild points would have to be crazy rare for this, like 10/15 guild points per game win or something. Perhaps guild points could also be buyable.
I've always liked the idea of having Skyblock and Survival again. Played Skyblock once or twice in the past and did enjoy it. It'd be interesting to see how both gamemodes would work here. I'm sure Cube would put a few twists in them.
We all know what happened when cube put a "few twists" in Creative. just give us normal skyblock like there used to be

- Fourth place rewards: 3 Cubelets, 750 Experience.
- Fifth place rewards: 2 Cubelets, 500 Experience.
I remember the good ol' days when monthly leaderboards were a thing and we gave out free ranks for it. That was neat. I'd love to see these return.

CUBEPASS:
Just like most Battleroyales Cubecraft will have a Cubepass for 10k Lootpoints.

Pretty sure this indirectly violates the EULA. You can buy cubelets, which can give you loot points, which you'd be able to spend on CubePass which would give you points which give you kits/items which give you an advantage in games. It's pretty convoluted, but this does technically violate the EULA if there's non-cosmetic rewards or if the CubePass is purchased with loot points. If anything, I'd love to see a way to drain some points from the server economy. Maybe 20k points for a month and you get a flat 1.3x EXP multiplier on all games?

I was the king of Skyblock back in the day. I had a diamond AFK pool that I'd sit in while my gold and iron farms churned away and I was at class. It was good times. Sadly, we're losing/have already lost some of our developers, so a big project like this might be problematic for us at the moment. Maybe in the future?

GUILD SYSTEM:
I suggested this before and I'll suggest again. GUILD SYSTEMS WITH GUILD LEVELS, GUILD HALLS ETC!
Here's my previous thread about Guilds:
Clans are cringey in my opinion, but I guess if people want guilds, that's alright.

I never mentioned any points. Only EXP and cosmetic items which shouldn't break the EULA since those don't give any in-game advantages.

I once sugggested this a time ago, add Guild tags. (5 characters) And make it for obsidian rankers. with level 50+ Why? I don't want 1000 guilds. And most tryharders are level 30 that means... NO RQKT GUILDS!

Pvp will 100% be getting an update on the 6th July. 1.13 will come out by that time, and what better way to greet that update than an upgrade to the gamemode with statistically the most suggestions on the forums: pvp.
They will hopefully add what we've all been waiting for, some ranked duels (or duels that go towards a weekly leaderboard at least), team battles, eggwars/skywars duels, /spectate command, /duel command, and much more.
I believe this will happen as it would 100% be the right time to release it, the timing couldn't be more ideal, especially with everyone in EU, NA and SA being out of school at that time.

GUILD SYSTEM:
I suggested this before and I'll suggest again. GUILD SYSTEMS WITH GUILD LEVELS, GUILD HALLS ETC!
Here's my previous thread about Guilds:
undefined
Man, I really hope this is added. I would really like to see some guild wars going out. Have some guild members fight in like an Eggwars tournament or a skywars tournament or something like that. That would make it some fun and I feel like some players would come on more often due to wanting to be in a guild and winners could get some cool prizes. Obviously, there would be an amazing 1-year event that could have the winners get a rank upgrade or something like that maybe even some players could win like 100k+ Points or something to make it worthwhile for guilds to participate in the events. Just think, Obviously this is just an idea. If it does become a thing that would be cool but the Management team would come up with the prizes.

I remember the good ol' days when monthly leaderboards were a thing and we gave out free ranks for it. That was neat. I'd love to see these return.

Clans are cringey in my opinion, but I guess if people want guilds, that's alright.
As much as I disagree with you on about everything, I can agree on this. Clans are dumb and really don't have any advantage.
