    Your account is your responsibility, not your fault.

    Be more careful next time, submit a ban appeal if you wish, else, get another account and use that.

    For a lot of people including me,
    the shop in the survival server will not work.
    You click all you want on the signs but nothing will
    happen. I and others would greatly appreciate if you
    looked into fixing this bug.

    Me or Rubik do not check ban appeals, you will get nowhere by contacting us, we do not pardon anyone, our staff has the power over that.

    Hey I was playing Sky Wars, and had like 920 points from kills and wins. Then suddenly, when I wanted to buy a kit, it says I only have 31! Why is that?? I always had fun on the server, but now I am really angry!

    If you switched server while at it, points may not sync instantly trough the network. Else, it could be a bug

    Yo quick suggestion. Players report hackers and abusers but then staff won't look at them so more and more hackers is coming to Assassin Server. Doesn't staff looks at every single report hacker post?

    We can't look at every report immediately, it may take a week for us to see a report on the forums, as we have a lot of other things to do, and there are more appeals and reports we need to sort out before we start on something else. It may not seem like much to you, but it can get hard handling so many ban appeals and reports every day of every week.
