I can not play Lucky Island. When I accept the download, it stops the game and brings me out of the server. What happens? How do I fix it? :(

Buenas tardes, Cada vez que intento entrar en Lucky Island y acepto descargar el paquete de recursos, se me bloquea y me echa del servidor... no entiendo por qué es, tengo un ordenador potente y el resto de juegos me van de lujo, de hecho si deniego la descarga me va bien, pero claro, no me...
