Coding MY FILES WON'T DIEEE KILL EM WITH FIREEEE

So I once created this .txt file on my PC desktop cuz why not
And what happened is, when trying to delete it, it says "File isn't in the directory (C:\desktop blablabla) check directory and try again." or something within those lines.
I didn't know what that meant, I mean, there was actually no file in there with cmd or windows explorer.
Then, I tried making a file shortcut and... Now I can't delete that file neither, The shortcut doesn't give an error message, but it can't be deleted anyway.
I tried editing it, ctrl+x, but still, can't remove these files. I don't know how this happened exactly, maybe it happened to some of you too, because I can't find any guides online.
Is there some safe way to remove them EzPz?
And maybe alse explain me how it lost its directory and it can't be deleted?

Use this:

(If you don't trust this ye don't do it xD what it does it just get Force delete by the "owner" (you) of the pc xD.

PS: I didn't trust also didn't trust it. Well i did it scanned my pc 3x times and scanned it with CCleaner No virus ect. xD

EDIT; it also works on Windows 10 like i Have xd
